（中央社記者劉建邦台北21日電）台北市副市長鄧家基今天說，大巨蛋是一個爛攤子，因遠雄施工期間造成古蹟毀損、捷運隧道產生裂縫、違反環評承諾等，依據建築法第58條，要求立即停工。

台北市政府昨天晚間發布新聞稿，勒令大巨蛋停工。副市長鄧家基與都發局長林洲民上午10時在市政府對外說明。台北市政府今天也出示公文指出，大巨蛋涉違反建築法第58條，現場應立即停止施工。

遠雄集團表示今天會在北市府記者會後，告知市府工程進度及安危程度。1040521
