台北市長柯文哲夫人陳佩琪昨（21日）夜，在個人臉書上PO文，說柯文哲收到法院刑事傳票，因MG149案被控犯了「貪汙治罪條例等案」。柯22日上午接受媒體聯訪時表示，以前遭控犯「公務員貪瀆罪」，現在變成適用「貪污治罪條例」，他表示，「罪名怎麼越來越重了」。

台北地檢署證實，檢察官是以被告身分首度傳喚柯文哲，釐清MG149案。

陳佩琪昨夜在臉書上寫到前往德國遊記，陳表示，文章寫到一半，突然接到郵差送來的法院刑事傳票，原來是柯文哲被控犯了「貪汙治罪條例等案」，28日下午要去地方法院應訊。陳表示，柯文哲以前當醫生就有過被告的經驗，但是第一次聽到犯的是這樣的罪名。陳還嘆氣「唉！實在寫不下去了，先生從政後，所犯的刑事案件也跟著不同，但好像罪名更重了…」

對此，柯文哲表示，他發現以前是「公務員貪瀆罪」，現在變成適用「貪污治罪條例」，罪名怎麼越來越重了？他說，自己被搞的焦頭爛額，自己都變成被害者了。媒體問是否會親自出庭？柯回，可以不用自己出庭嗎？該去就去，躲也不是辦法呀。
